Maria and Cindy's advanced practice credentials enable them to hold a DEA license to prescribe medications. Additionally, their credentials extend to GYN services which include well person care, pre-conceptual health, fertility services, placement/removal of IUD's and other contraceptive implants like Nexplanon.

Unlike many other midwifery practices, some of the Natural Birth Place Inc's Providers are also certified lactation experts who are able to diagnose feeding issues early, such as tongue-tie, and can then provide recommendations for management of concerns, early, ultimately decreasing long term potential breastfeeding issues.

Re-lactation and/or induced lactation is another very unique service offered here to couples who have a surrogate pregnancy and/or to the LGBTQIA+ community.
